Kristina previously worked as Director of the NorWest Co-op Community Food Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Kristina is a passionate believer in community-led change, food security, and health equity.

Positive community impact is at the heart of Doug's involvement in The North Grove and the reason that he and his wife and business partner, Renée decided to build their business in Dartmouth.
