Children up to 1 year and caregivers
'Baby & Me' is an interactive program facilitated by our family centre team for caregivers & newborns to 1-year-old babies. You'll have the opportunity to meet others with young babies, play and enjoy a snack together.

Food Demo

Infant Massage - 5 weeks

Caregivers and infants birth-6 months
A 5-week program for parents with infants birth to 6 months. You will explore the benefits of massage, learn how to massage your baby and meet other parents and babies.

Parenting Journey Connects

Parenting Journey participants
A monthly workshop for those in our Parenting Journey Home Visiting program, or for those on the program’s waitlist. Participants come together, learn and make new connections with other. Each month there is a new topic for the workshop.
Primrose Preserves

Join us in the kitchen to learn how to turn fresh food into shelf stable preserves that will last all year. Participants will get to sample a taste as well.
Young Cooks

John Martin Youth

The grade sevens from John Martin Junior High join us on the farm to help with harvesting vegetables and putting together meal kits!
Make and Take

Join us in adult programming for a fun morning, making activities to take home, while your child enjoys some time playing with our Child Development team.
Pre-Primary Cooking at Harbour View

The Preprimary Cooking program is an outreach program at Harbour View Elementary School. The pre-primary students cook simple and healthy recipes with the help of the child development team and Harbour View staff.

An exciting program for parents with children 2-5 years old. Join in the fun and explore new ways to move using: a trampoline, tunnel, slides and more! This program will take place at the Mosque at 42 Leaman Drive.
Meal Kit Prep

A 7-week program for expectant parents. Topics will include: healthy pregnancy; community supports; labour, delivery & comfort measures; feeding your new baby; postpartum wellness and infant attachment.
