Volunteers are the heart of The North Grove. Volunteers help to enhance and strengthen the programs we offer. Our volunteer program is also about building individual and collective capacity. Through our volunteer program we help individuals build their skills and confidence, as well as develop social connections and a sense of belonging in our community. Volunteers help us with program facilitation, food preparation, serving meals, clean-up, helping out on the farm, child development and more.
