Home Visiting Programs
Enhanced Home Visiting

The Enhanced Home Visiting program provides support to families with children three years old and younger. Families are assessed by their Public Health nurse and referred to the home visiting program. Families are then matched up with a home visitor who makes regular visits to their home, providing one-on-one personalized support in a wide variety of areas, parenting lessons, activities, and resources.

Parenting Journey

Parenting Journey provides one-on-one in-home support for families with children up to the age of 16, who are looking for extra support. Parenting Journey is self-referral program. To find out more about Parenting Journey and the Home Visitor program, read Diana's Story on our blog about her experiences.

With our in-person programming currently suspended we are turning to new ways of doing our work.
