Community Food Centre
The North Grove's Community Food Centre opened in 2015 in partnership with Community Food Centres Canada. Now one of twelve Community Food Centres across the country, The North Grove CFC was the first in Atlantic Canada.
Community Meals
We offer delicious and hearty meals throughout the week. Join us every Monday from 5:30-6:30 for our Family Supper (for families with school-aged children) and every Tuesday from 12:00-1:00 for our Community Lunch. These meals are drop-in and no registration is required.
Community Kitchens
These multi-week programs such as Young Cooks (for children aged 7-12) and Food Demo (for adults) are hands-on opportunities for participants to learn cooking skills and be social. Every week, participants learn, make a recipe, and share a meal with the group.
Drop-in Breakfasts
Join us for coffee and breakfast every Wednesday morning from 9:30-11:00 a.m. This is a great opportunity to meet people in the community!

Join us during our Good Food Market for coffee and a buffet-style breakfast every Friday from 10-11:30 a.m. This is a great opportunity to sit down and meet people in the community!
Good Food Affordable Market
Come by our weekly Good Food Affordable market, every Friday from 10-11:30 a.m. We will have produce for sale at affordable prices. When in season, we’ll have produce from our farm at our harvest giveaway table. We’ll also have a free coffee and conversation during the market.
